a 33-storey office and commercial building situated in
District 1 of Hochiminh City, Vietnam. The office and
commercial building, namely Saigon Trade Centre, is
strategically located in the prime location of the heart of
commercial activities in Vietnam. Being in existing (at
January 2007) the tallest and biggest office building in
Hochiminh city, it is a reputable landmark in the city, which
is usually named as the "33 storey" by the local
Vietnamese.
Saigon Trade Centre is 100% owned by the
Group's subsidiary, Luks Land (Vietnam) Limited.
The office building is almost fully let out.
Most of the tenants are reputable multi-national companies,
such as Intel, Standard Chartered Bank, Prudential, China
Trust Bank...etc. Not only generating significant cashflow and
income to the Group, the Saigon Trade Centre, signifying the
Group's confidence in investing in Vietnam dating back to
1993, also earns reputation and recognition from the
Vietnamese government and local investors to the Group.
Saigon Trade Centre generates more than 85%
of the Group's total earnings in property investment business.

industrial properties in HK & Shenzhen and also dozens of
